Tell me a little about Rick Torres and your expearance as an Elvis Impersonator?
Well let’s see here.... I am the leading Elvis Tribute Artist in the Bay Area, and also the 2008,2009,
and 2010  Rising Star Entertainer of the year for performing more shows than any Elvis impersonator in North America! Recently I was on CBS "Eye on the Bay" and I just premiered in a movie that will be in the theatres in Summer 2011. I have performed about 900 performances in my 16 years as an Elvis Impersonator/tribute  artist. I perform many Bay Area Elvis Singing Telegrams, Wedding ceremonies, renewing of wedding vows, Elvis Tribute shows in Bay Area California, and also Elvis appearances in the San Jose, Santa Clara, and San Francisco area and surrounding cities. Now with my new service that include my pink Cadillac "The Pink Caddy Cruise" and "The Pink Caddy Concert" we can offer even more! What options do we have for our wedding ceremony and reception?
You can make your Ceremony as basic as a standard ceremony or we can add various Backdrops we have available to give it more of the Elvis Wedding feel to it. We can supply you with some standard ceremonies or you can create your own! If you would like you can give me information about the two of you and when you met and you lives together and I can try create a ceremony for you. I can stick arround for the ceremony and also perform your first song as man and wife. Options for backdrops for your ceremony can be seen on this site under Extra Elvis.

                                                Do you perform renewal wedding ceremonies?
Yes we do! We can create a ceremony based on your lives together, and you will also get a certificate of renewal. This is like our singing telegram with a wedding ceremony. You will get 4 songs performed during it and you both get a illustrated scarf with a phrase like: "Happy Anniversary (you) and (Him) !"  If your names are actually “you” and “him”, and you are married, this example is just a lucky guess on my part.

How many Elvis Impersonators are there are in your company or is it just you?
Yes, I am the only Elvis Officate/performer because it is only the best for you baby! I will be at your event.


What if you get sick or lose a limb and can't make my event?
In 15 years I have never missed an event. My reputation means everything to me. My years of testimonials are proof of that, but in the event of that unsceduled death "namely myself"  I may still attend in sprit! Don't worry that is nothing you need to worry about.


What if we want you to perform song that is not on your list?
If I have plenty of prior notice i can find the audio track and reherse it. This has happend before.


What types of options do we have fo performance songs for the wedding ceremony?
Well, generally I can sing a song as the Bride and groom come down the isle, and I can arrange the song based on the time it would take you to come down the isle and face me. In other words I will edit the songs down to 1 minute if nessary keeping the beginning of the song & the end of the song and edit the center.
The same can be done as you proceed down the isle. and I can also perfom before the service starts.

If possible, can we see you perform a wedding reception?

There are examples of some weddings I have done to give you a general Idea.Also I have a Picture Gallery.  I am very involved when I do weddings,so I could not stop to talk to you much. Most wedding's are family,and friends. I think they might be offended if I allowed someone to attend. You might crash the Wedding or Ceremony, but I dont know you...LOL!

What time would you arrive to set up for my Reception/Ceremony?
Depends on what we will be doing as far as services, the average is 30 minutes for a regular ceremony to 90 minutes If there are extras such as backdrops and sounsystem at the ceremony, or reception requires more than just a 1st song.

What type of sound system do you use?
We have all professional equipment. We have for the basic ceremony a 400 watt self powered sound system designed by Myself to allow a state of the art sound system that dosent need power. You could get married on a hill, forest, beach,roof, tree, this systems up to the task! We also use this system for performing singing telegrams..........We do have larger system we can utilize if the room is very large.

How much do you charge for wedding ceremonies, and how do you price?
My fees vary depending on the the services you decide on such as backdrops or other extras, and the location of your Ceremony. Our basic rates start as low as $700 in santa clara county.  Other counties vary depending on the distance.

What Do I get for $700.00 ?
You get the ceremony, we will also attent the rehersal, if possable we will work with you prior to the rehersal to block the time frame it will take for the entire wedding party to come down the isle includeing you standing with your future husband. You will be able to pick the performance suit from the 13 we currenly have available. Also you can pick the songs to be performed before the ceremony during & after. We can also supply you with some basic ceremonies, or we can assist you in createing one.

What area do you cover for wedding ceremonies?
